1.3. Policy – this Privacy Policy, which describes how we process Personal Data and how we use cookies and similar technologies.

GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 “On the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data…”. If you are located in the EU / EEA, we additionally follow the provisions of the GDPR.

1.6. Store – the Manufacturer IMPULS online store, operating on the Website and allowing for remote purchase of goods.

6.3. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
6.3. When registering an account, we ask you to provide the data necessary to create and maintain the account (for example: first name, last name, e-mail, phone number).
Fields marked as mandatory are required to create an account. Without them, registration is not possible.

6.9. COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS
6.9. If you submit a complaint or return goods, we process the data specified in the relevant form (contact details, order number, problem description, etc.).
