The Manufacturer IMPULS online store delivers products throughout Ukraine and provides the option of shipment from the manufacturer’s warehouse or from official distributor warehouses.
All transactions are carried out exclusively with VAT.
Delivery and payment conditions depend on the type of product and the volume of the order.

2. Delivery Methods
2.1. Pickup from Warehouse
Product pickup can be arranged from the following locations:

Manufacturer’s Warehouse – Ukraine, Lviv region, Lviv district, Semenivka village, Shevchenka Street 421a

Official Distributor Warehouses – availability and addresses are confirmed by the manager during order processing
Pickup is available on business days upon prior agreement.
2.2. Delivery Across Ukraine via Transport Companies
We deliver oversized and standard cargo through:

Other carriers — by agreement
Shipment is made after the payment is credited to the Seller’s account.
Delivery cost and timing depend on the carrier’s tariffs and the destination region.
2.3. Delivery by Our Own Transport
For large orders and oversized products, delivery with our own transport is available.
Delivery cost is calculated individually.
2.4. International Delivery
International shipping to EU countries and other regions is available under Incoterms (EXW / FCA / DAP).
All logistics and customs conditions are agreed upon separately.
3. Shipping Time

Products in stock – shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
