5. Payment Methods<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We operate exclusively via non-cash payment with VAT<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Payment can be made:<\/p>\n

  • \n

    by invoice to the Seller\u2019s bank account<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    via online banking or at a bank branch<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    A full set of documents is provided with the product:
    delivery note, tax invoice, specification, and act (if required).<\/strong><\/p>\n

    6. Prepayment<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Payment conditions depend on the type of product:<\/p>\n

      Standard products and equipment<\/strong> \u2013 100% prepayment<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Custom projects, modular buildings, and large objects<\/strong> \u2013 according to a separate agreement (typically 70% prepayment + 30% before shipment)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      7. Order Confirmation<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      After the order is placed, the manager:<\/p>\n

        Confirms the product configuration and availability at manufacturer\/distributor warehouses<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      2. \n

        Sends the invoice for payment<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      3. \n

        Arranges shipment or production launch after payment is received<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      4. \n

        Prepares documents and notifies the Buyer when the order is ready for pickup or dispatch<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        8. Inspection Upon Receipt<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        Upon receiving the order, the Buyer must:<\/p>\n

          inspect the packaging and the external condition of the product<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          if any damage is found \u2014 prepare a claim with the carrier and notify the manager<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          remarks regarding completeness or quality are accepted in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
