The online store Manufacturer IMPULS<\/strong> (hereinafter \u2013 the \u201cStore\u201d) is available on the Internet at: [insert website domain]<\/strong> and is owned by These Rules define the terms and conditions of:<\/p>\n purchasing goods (hereinafter \u2013 the \u201cGoods\u201d) through the Store;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n registering and using a customer account;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n placing orders, payment, delivery, warranty, returns and claims relating to the Goods;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n using the Store\u2019s website.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n By using the Store and placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Rules.<\/p>\n The information about Goods on the Store\u2019s website is an invitation to make an offer and does not constitute a public offer<\/strong> in the meaning of applicable law.<\/p>\n Each Good presented in the Store has a description specifying its main characteristics: type, purpose, dimensions, indicative configuration, price and other relevant information.<\/p>\n All trademarks, photographs, drawings, texts, website design, structure and other elements of the Store are objects of intellectual property of the Seller and\/or its partners and may not be copied or used in any way without the Company\u2019s prior written consent.<\/p>\n Buyers of the Store may be:<\/p>\n natural persons (consumers);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n individual entrepreneurs;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n legal entities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n If the Buyer is a consumer, the provisions of the Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Protection of Consumer Rights\u201d apply.<\/p>\n To place an order, the Buyer may:<\/p>\n place an order as a guest user<\/strong>; or<\/p>\n<\/li>\n register a customer account<\/strong> in the Store.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n The information provided by the Buyer during registration and when placing an order must be accurate and up to date. The Seller is not liable for consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete data (such as delivery delays, inability to contact the Buyer, etc.).<\/p>\n The Seller applies the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure information and payment security.<\/p>\n It is prohibited to:<\/p>\n interfere with the operation of the Store, modify or block the functioning of the website;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n use malicious software, scripts, bots or automated tools to place orders or collect information;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n use the Store\u2019s content without the Seller\u2019s permission;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n create excessive or fictitious orders which indicate an absence of real intent to purchase the Goods.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n The Seller has the right to temporarily restrict access to certain account features or block the account in the following cases:<\/p>\n gross violation of these Rules;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n suspicion of fraud or abuse of rights;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n systematic placing and cancelling\/non-collection of orders.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Placing an order by the Buyer through the Store\u2019s website constitutes an offer to conclude a sale and purchase agreement<\/strong> for the selected Goods.<\/p>\n To place an order, the Buyer shall:<\/p>\n select the Goods and add them to the shopping cart (\u201cCart\u201d);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n fill in the required information (contact details, delivery address, billing details, etc.);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n choose the method of payment and delivery;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n confirm the order.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n After submitting the order, the Buyer receives:<\/p>\n an automatic notification by e-mail \/ Viber \/ Telegram (if integrated) confirming that the Store has received the order;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n At this stage, the agreement is not yet considered concluded<\/strong>.<\/p>\n The sale and purchase agreement is deemed concluded from the moment of:<\/p>\n the Seller sending a confirmation of the order to the Buyer and\/or<\/p>\n<\/li>\n issuing an invoice to the Buyer; or<\/p>\n<\/li>\n signing a separate agreement\/specification (for large or project-based orders).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the order in full or in part, in particular in the following cases:<\/p>\n the Goods or materials are not available in stock;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n a technical error has occurred (clearly incorrect price, description, etc.);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n it is impossible to contact the Buyer;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n the Buyer refuses to make a prepayment when such prepayment is required.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Delivery of Goods is carried out:<\/p>\n within the territory of Ukraine (via delivery services, the Seller\u2019s own logistics, or self-collection from the factory);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n to other countries \u2013 on individually agreed terms (Incoterms, customs procedures, etc.).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Approximate lead times for orders:<\/p>\n standard equipment (children\u2019s, sports and park elements) \u2013 from 5 to 20 business days<\/strong>;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n modular houses and prefabricated structures \u2013 from 15 to 60 business days<\/strong>;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n individual\/project-based solutions \u2013 timelines are determined separately in the commercial offer or agreement.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n The actual production and delivery time may vary depending on:<\/p>\n the volume of the order;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n seasonal production load;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n force majeure circumstances (military actions, supply disruptions, carrier restrictions, etc.).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Delivery cost:<\/p>\n is calculated separately and agreed with the Buyer before order confirmation;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n may be included in the invoice or paid directly to the carrier (as agreed).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Upon receipt of the Goods, the Buyer must:<\/p>\n check the integrity of the packaging and the external condition of the Goods;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n in case of damage, draw up a damage report with the carrier and immediately inform the Seller.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Prices for the Goods are indicated in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH)<\/strong>. VAT status (included\/not included) and other tax conditions are specified in the invoice and\/or on the Store\u2019s website.<\/p>\n The Seller reserves the right to change prices, update the assortment, run promotions and special offers. Available payment methods:<\/p>\n bank transfer to the Seller\u2019s account (for individuals and legal entities);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n cash on delivery \/ cash upon receipt (if provided for by the selected delivery method);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n other methods specified on the Store\u2019s website.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n For certain Goods, the Seller may require:<\/p>\n a prepayment of 70\u2013100%<\/strong>, especially for individual, large-size or export orders.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n In case of late payment of the invoice, the Seller has the right to:<\/p>\n suspend production and\/or shipment of the Goods;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n cancel the order after giving additional notice to the Buyer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n The Seller supplies new products of its own manufacture and is responsible for their proper quality in accordance with:<\/p>\n the sale and purchase agreement;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n technical documentation and the product passport;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n the legislation of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n The warranty period for the products is determined:<\/p>\n in the product passport and\/or in the agreement\/invoice;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n typically ranges from 12 to 36 months<\/strong>, depending on the type of product.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n If defects in the Goods are found, the Buyer has the right to file a claim (complaint). To do this, the Buyer must:<\/p>\n contact the Seller (phone\/e-mail specified on the website);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n provide a copy of the document confirming the purchase (invoice, delivery note, acceptance act, etc.);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n describe the nature of the defect and, where possible, provide photos\/videos.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Upon receipt of a claim, the Seller shall:<\/p>\n analyze the Buyer\u2019s request;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n if necessary, request additional information or a physical inspection of the Goods;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n provide a response within a reasonable time (but no later than 14\u201330 days, depending on the complexity of the case).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Based on the results of the claim review, the Seller may:<\/p>\n repair the Goods;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n replace the Goods with identical or equivalent ones;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n provide a discount;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n in cases provided by law or the agreement, refund the value of the Goods.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n If the Buyer is a consumer<\/strong> (a natural person purchasing Goods for personal use), they have the right to withdraw from the sale and purchase agreement in respect of Goods of proper quality within the time limits and under the conditions established by the legislation of Ukraine.<\/p>\n Important:<\/p>\n for individual, non-standard, project-based products (for example, modular homes with customized layouts, complexes according to a special technical specification), the right of return may be limited<\/strong> \u2013 this should be stipulated separately in the agreement\/specification;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n returns are only possible for Goods that have not been used, retain their marketable condition, original packaging, seals (if any) and labeling.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Return procedure:<\/p>\n the Buyer sends a request for return to the Seller;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n the method of returning the Goods (delivery\/self-delivery) is agreed;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n after inspection of the Goods, the Seller refunds the money within the time limits established by law and\/or the agreement.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Through the Store, the Seller provides the following electronic services:<\/p>\n the ability to place orders online;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n creation and use of a customer account;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n subscription to news, promotions and marketing communications (subject to the user\u2019s consent).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n To use the Store, the Buyer must have:<\/p>\n access to the Internet;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n a modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n a valid e-mail address.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Personal data are processed by the Seller in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine and the Privacy Policy<\/strong> published on the Store\u2019s website.<\/p>\n The Seller has the right to:<\/p>\n cancel an order;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n restrict the ability to place new orders;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n block the Buyer\u2019s account, if:<\/p>\n signs of fraud are detected;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n orders are systematically placed without the intention to receive or pay for the Goods;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n these Rules or applicable law are violated.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n In case certain account features are blocked, the Seller informs the Buyer by e-mail or via a notice on the Store\u2019s website.<\/p>\n Before placing an order, the Buyer must read these Rules.
